Dedicated On-Site Network Support

We offer both on-site and remote support, allowing us to support you in the quickest and most efficient manner possible. Depending upon your needs and preference, ECS can function as your own in-house IT Department… or you can utilize our expertise on an as-needed basis for special one-time projects… or as with most clients, our role ends up somewhere in between those two points. You should concentrate on your business without having to worry about day-to-day technical issues.

On-Site Computer Repair

Remote IT Support, it allows a person to connect with and use a specific computer or network from a remote location. This way, your IT consultants will not have to wait until they can physically go to the office when you encounter a problem. Using remote access software, they can solve your problem remotely.

Our experienced technicians can provide Remote IT Support, so there is no need to pack the computer and bring it to our store. Often, by a peripheral device, the problems caused affect your computer. Rather than bringing your computer to the store only to have us find nothing wrong with it, ask our technicians to diagnose problems remotely with printers, external drives, or other external devices that may be the reason for problems with your computer.
